How to factory reset Qmobile NOIR if you have forgotten the lock
Procedure
Step One
Do not panic!
Turn Off you mobile phone.
Step Two
Keep pressing both the volume keys on the left and while doing so, press the power button. This will start the mobile in Factory/Recovery Mode
Step Three
Select Recovery Mode by pressing Volume Up key
Step Four
Using the Volume Down key, come on the fifth (5th) option from the top which says “wipe data/factory reset”
Step Five
Select the option by pressing the Option Touch Button on the bottom left corner of your Qmobile NOIR
Step Six
The mobile will inform that this step would erase all the user data and that it cannot be undone.
Again, do not panic. You don’t have any other option left.
Using the Volume Down Key, select the eighth (8th) option which says “Yes – delete all user data”
Step Seven
Select the option by pressing the Option Touch Button on the bottom left corner of your Qmobile NOIR
Step Eight
The mobile will show on the screen
“Wiping data…
Formatting /data…
Formatting /cache…”
Step Nine
Just sit back and relax while your Qmobile NOIR is being factory reset and rebooted.
After reboot, the mobile will start as if you just unpacked it and are using it for the first time.
